Features

What VenueFloor handles for your venue.

Every module was built with restaurateurs and club owners. Your language and timezone, nothing for guests to install.

Public booking page

Every venue gets a {name}.venuefloor.com address with cover, logo, gallery, menu and opening hours — generated from your settings.

Manual or automatic approval

Approve every request from your dashboard, or switch on auto-acceptance with real-time availability checks.

Deposit rules

Charge a deposit by day, time, table or party size. Priority and cap configurable per rule.

Configurable cancellation fees

Refund rules by default, by weekday, or for a specific date. Built-in simulator to see what each side gets back.

Hours + closures

Recurring service periods, one-off closures with caps, full closing days — everything that affects availability on the guest side.

Team and roles

Invite your team by e-mail. Default roles (admin, manager, staff) or custom ones with à-la-carte permissions.

How it works

From setup to the first booking in 24 h.

  1. Step 01

    Set up your venue

Tables, hours, deposit and cancellation rules. Guided onboarding, about 24 h with our team.

  2. Step 02

    Share your link

{name}.venuefloor.com becomes your public page address. Share it on Instagram, messaging apps, Google, your website.

  3. Step 03

    Receive requests

Every booking lands in your real-time dashboard with the guest's context (history, no-shows).

  4. Step 04

    Approve, decline, or automate

Approve each request by hand, or switch on auto mode and let VenueFloor apply your rules.

Public page

An address of your venue's own.

{name}.venuefloor.com becomes your booking page. VenueFloor shows your cover, your logo, your real opening hours, your contact details. The form adapts to your confirmation mode.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can I decline requests manually?
Yes. By default every venue is in manual mode: you approve each request from your dashboard. You can switch to auto mode whenever you like, and back to manual at any time.
How do deposits work?
You define rules by day, time, table or party size. When a booking matches, VenueFloor suggests or enforces the amount. On cancellation, your configurable cancellation fees determine the refund.
Who collects the deposits?
You do. You connect your own payment account (Stripe or a local provider) and deposits land directly in your account. VenueFloor never holds your guests' money and takes no commission on deposits.
What happens when a guest cancels?
Your cancellation rules (default, by weekday, or for a specific date) determine the percentage refunded to the guest. A built-in simulator shows exactly what the guest gets back and what the venue keeps for a given scenario.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. E-mail invitations, default roles (admin, manager, staff), and custom roles with à-la-carte permissions (approval, deposit adjustment, settings management…).
Is there a commitment?
None. You can cancel at any time. Your guests' data stays yours and can be exported.
How long does it take to get started?
24 to 48 h after our first call. We set up your venue, tables, service hours and deposit rules with you. Once configured, you take over.
